This fluffy skirt is similar to a petti skirt, but with a twist!  Recycled vintage denim with soft pink and white nylon chiffon ruffles.  Many tiers of soft fluffy ruffles, finished off with a soft pink and white polka dot ribbon belt and a handmade jumbo chiffon flower.
