This fabulous ruffled skirt is similar to a petti skirt, but with a twist!  Created from luxurious pink satin and pink nylon chiffon ruffles that are sewn to vintage denim.  Finished off with a funky pink leopard ribbon belt and handmade jumbo chiffon puff.
