This girls tutu is designed with red, aqua, white, candy pink and orange tulle with various funky ribbons.  Finished off with a leopard ribbon and funky flower.  This tutu is sewn to a non roll elastic waistband - not tied - to ensure the longest wear possible!  With lots of fluff, she will feel just fabulous!
