Are Kaiya Eve Pettiskirts returnable? TOP

Due to the extreme popularity and high demand of the Kaiya Eve products, they are exchangeable only and no refunds will be given.  If you receive a skirt and wish to exchange for size or color, please contact us within 4 days of delivery.  All exchanges are treated as new orders.  Simply order the new item online, we'll process the new order & ship it promptly. How much is shipping? TOP

Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States:
When you order from Born Fabulous, you will enjoy our popular $5.95 flat rate shipping and handling for all orders shipped ground to the 48 contiguous United States.  Regardless of how many items you order, you pay only $5.95 for shipping and handling!  (Additional charges apply for expedited shipping).
 
Shipping to Canada:
All orders shipping to Canada will ship via USPS International Priority Mail and will be charged a flat rate of $23.95.
 
 
 
 

How and when will my order be shipped? TOP

Most items ship within 48 hours. (Not including weekends or federal holidays).  They are shipped via USPS. Please allow 3-10 days for USA shipments and up to 4 weeks for shipments to Canada.

  If you need an item sooner, please choose the express shipping option when checking out.  (Not available for Canadian orders). You will be charged an extra $4.50 and your items will ship Priority Mail and you should receive it within 3-4 business days (Not including weekends or federal holidays).   You will receive  shipping confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has been shipped.  Please add info@bornfabulousboutique.com to your email address book to prevent our notifications from going into your spam folder.

What is your return policy? TOP

 

Purchases may be returned within 10 days of the day you receive the order. Merchandise must be in original brand new condition, including intact tags and packaging, without the smell of smoke and free of pet hair.  Upon receipt, if any of these conditions are not met, no refund will be issued and item will be returned to sender postage due.  Please email us at returns@bornfabulousboutique.com for a Return Authorization number before returning any merchandise.   This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or the package will be refused at the warehouse.  A complete refund will be issued (excluding shipping charges).  Please allow 30 days for processing of your credit.

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the date you receive your order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 10 DAYS!  Please do not return items to us later than 10 days after you have received them. Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Born Fabulous and will be issued a store credit at the current selling price minus a 20% restocking fee.

What is a preorder? TOP

Pre-orders are advanced purchases made on merchandise for the following season.  Preorder and regular merchandise MUST be checked out separately.   Items will ship as inventory arrives in the store.  A deposit of 25% will hold your item of choice.   Please note that when you place a preorder, these items are not available for anyone else to order, therefore, should you decide to cancel your preorder, your deposit is non-refundable.   We will notify you when the item is ready to ship.  Any balance is due within 1 week after the product arrives in our store or deposit is forfeited and the item will be put back into stock.  Preorder returns will receive store credit only, no refunds will be issued. 
 
*Please note - Items will ship according to manufacturers delivery schedule.    Should a manufacturer decide not produce an item that you have preordered, we will refund your deposit in full.
